Ashley Gainer is a senior care consultant with more than 17 years of experience in various roles in the assisted living industry. She recently transitioned from running her own consulting firm to joining Hansen Hunter, where she now supports providers nationwide with regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and operational best practices.
Rebecca, a Registered Nurse since 1999, brings deep experience in home care, hospice, and assisted living. After founding a hospice agency and leading it through Medicare certification, she joined Residex as Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing compliance nationwide and helping develop a healthcare Learning Management System (LMS).
