Documentation of Vaccination History

You can track history of when a vaccination was last administered by navigating to Residents > Residents > Vaccinations.

 

Mass Add Vaccination to Assessments

This feature is available for mass addition of any vaccine (Covid-19, flu vaccines, etc.)

  • Create an Excel spreadsheet: Go to Clinical > Upload Vaccination Data and click the link to the sample spreadsheet. Select the vaccination you wish to upload. Open the report and enter the remaining data (administration date and notes such as "Pfizer" or "Moderna"). If any resident does NOT have data, remove their name from the spreadsheet. Save the document to your computer.
  • Navigate back to Clinical > Upload Vaccination Data and upload the excel spreadsheet. Data will be saved in Residents > Residents > Resident Profile > Vaccinations. Some vaccine associated report options include: 'Vaccination Summary by Resident' and 'Vaccination Summary Residents'.
