Reports Finder

Residex contains hundreds of reports across billing, clinical, scheduling, medications, activities, and more. If you are looking for a specific report and are not sure where to find it, use the Residex Report Finder below to search by name or describe what you need.

How to use the search tool

Type a report name, keyword, or describe what you are trying to do in the search box. Results will appear instantly, ranked by relevance. Use the category dropdown to filter by module such as Billing, Medications, or Assessments.

Common searches

Here are examples of how to search for frequently requested reports:

• "aging payer" — find accounts receivable aging reports by payer
• "late medications" — find medication alert and compliance reports
• "staff hours" — find payroll, timeclock, and shift reports
• "census" — find occupancy and resident roster reports
• "incident summary" — find incident tracking and QA reports
• "assessment reminders" — find upcoming and overdue assessment reports

Finding Someone to Manage Reports

If you've found a report you need but don't see the Manage report availability and permissions option on your Reports > Reports screen, you can locate someone in your organization who has access in one of two ways:

• Click the these staff members link on the Reports screen
• Run the Staff Report Assistance report

Once you've identified the right person, provide them with the exact report name from the Residex Report Finder.
