Life Enrichment Assessments

Several Life Enrichment assessments are available in Residex. Though these look and feel like a clinical assessment, they can be entered by non-nursing staff.

Additionally, they can pull in data from the clinical nursing assessments when relevant. For example, information about mobility or fall risk can be added to the activity assessment for review.

Leisure Activity Inventory

The Leisure Activity Inventory assessment can be used to identify your residents' interests and capabilities, which can then guide your Life Enrichment staff in their planning & scheduling.

Dietary Preferences

The Dietary Preferences assessment allows you to record the dietary needs, likes, and dislikes for your residents, as well as any help they might need to eat.

Resident Bio/History

The Bio/History assessment offers you an opportunity to record resident biographies and personal preferences to share with your staff caregivers.
