View Compliance for Credentials

If your organization uses the Credential Management product in Kevala, your manager or Kevala admin can upload and monitor staff credentials. These credentials are called records. Records include documents like licenses, background checks, vaccination records, orientation records, trainings, and more. They are customizable to your organization.

You can view the compliance of your records from your employee portal in Kevala! This will give you reminders of any records that need to be renewed so you can pro-actively manage your work compliance.

Please Note: You cannot yet upload records directly from your employee portal. You still need to send them to your manager or admin.

How to track record compliance

Some records need to be updated based on expiration dates, such as a license. When these records are approaching expiration or are already out of compliance, you will see a warning on your home screen.

Out of compliance

If you see the red "Out of compliance" on your home screen, this means 1 or more records are past due.

Compliance warning

If you see the yellow "Compliance warning" on your home screen, this means 1 or more records are within 30 days of expiring.

How to view your records

You can view your records either from your Profile or from the View records button on the home screen (only seen if there is a warning).

Viewing complete records

Even if you are completely in compliance, you can still see your previously completed records.

Click "Show other records" to expand the section and see all your completed records. If there is an attachment for a record, you can view it here.

Please Note: not all records are viewable here. Your admin may choose to hide some from the employee view, such as one-time trainings, performance reviews, etc.
