How to Switch Between Scheduling Profiles

If you have access to multiple scheduling sites you can switch back and forth within the website.

1. Click on your initials in the top right hand corner to view the options you may have.
   
   
   1. Schedule Admin - schedulers, ED's, Administrators, department heads
   2. Staff View - employees, staff, providers
   3. Partner Portal - agencies, VMS, Float managers

2. Select one of the options to swap to that view. For example, if you are in the Schedule Admin view but would like to view your own schedule and employee portal you would click on "Staff View".

3. If you have access to multiple domains within Kevala you will also see those options in that list, titled by the Organization name.
