Personal Settings

Information on personal settings across all products

This article goes in depth for all personal settings across all Residex products.

Scheduling

This section is for anyone with scheduling access.

  1. Click on your initials in the top right, click on "My settings"
  2. You will be taken to a page with profile information and notification settings.
  3. For profile information, you can edit your phone number or contact email. To change login email please contact support.
  4. Here's what each notification covers:
  • Timesheet Approval Reminder 
    • Daily reminder before timesheets are auto-approved 
  • New Shift applicants 
    • Notification when a new shift application is submitted 
  • Canceled Shift Placement 
    • Receive a notification when a previously confirmed shift applicant cancels their attendance on a shift. 
  • Time off Request 
    • Notification when a new time off request is submitted by one of your employees 
  • Coverage Request 
    • Receive notifications when: an employee requests shift coverage, when an employee withdraws their request for coverage, and when an employee covers another's shift 
  • Weekly Staffing 
    • Receive a weekly update on your staffing data from the previous week 

To toggle the settings, check the boxes under email or SMS, depicted below.

Please Note: these notifications are can be toggled for SMS as well

Employee Scheduling

This section is for anyone with employee access.

  1. Click on your initials in the top right, click on "My settings"

  2. Click "Notifications" and then "Edit" to make any changes to how you receive notifications.

  3. To update personal information, click on "Profile" then "Personal Info". Make any necessary changes.
