Schedule Filters

Let's go over the schedule filtering options:

1. From the "Schedule" tab, click on the filters button.
   
2. You can filter your schedule by:
   
   
   • Position
     • Any position(s) on the schedule
   • Status
     • Open: Shifts with no pending action, and are still ready to be filled.
        
     • Pending: Shifts that are waiting for a response, approval, or denial.
     • Filled: The shift has a placement
     • Closed: The shift has been deleted.
   • Label
     • Any label(s) on the schedule
   • Shift start time
     • Morning (between 3-11am)
     • Daytime (between 11am-7pm)
     • Night (between 7pm-3am)
3. Click "Reset to default" to remove the filter(s), or click the "Filters" button again to adjust what you are looking at.
   

Please note: filters are not currently available in the 6 week schedule view.
