Create Pools
Do you have clients and staff that are geographically spread out? Or work with locations that have special requirements? Speed up your workflow with Pools. You can use pools to organize your facilities and employees in to groups that make sense for your organization. Facilities and employees can belong to multiple pools, for example you could have some regional overlap. When browsing shifts, you can filter by pool and quickly choose from eligible employees.
How to create a pool:
- Click on the "Pools" tab and then "+ Add pool" to get started.

- Enter a pool name and a brief description.

- Configure which facilities you’d like to add to this pool by selecting their checkboxes. Click "Next' to move onto adding staff to the pool.

- Review which providers you’d like to add to this pool. Providers who have completed shifts at one or more selected facilities in the last 90 days are shown in the top list, the rest of the providers in your organization will be below. Click "Save" when done.

- That's it! You can edit the facilities and providers in your pools at any time by going back to the "Pools" tab.
How to use pools:
- From the "Schedule" tab, use the pools filter to narrow down the providers and facilities for which you are looking to book.

- Click on a shift to apply to, then under the "Provider" drop down you will see your pools in action.

Please Note: If you have employees applying into their own shifts, they will only have access to shifts in their pool(s).
