What is changing?
Your Residex sign-in is being upgraded. Here’s what’s new:
- Your login URL is changing
- Your username will now be your email address
- One password works across all Residex products — EHR, Workforce, Billing, and more

Single Sign-On (SSO) means one login, one session, no extra steps—easier for everyone
Why is Residex making this change?
We’re bringing the entire Residex platform under one roof. Think of it this way: instead of one key to your front door and a different key for your back door, you’re getting one key that works on any door in your home. Today, different products use different login systems, which means separate passwords and no easy way to move between modules. This update is the first step in changing that. It also adds enterprise-grade security that aligns with accepted best practices across the senior living industry. - where expectations for identity and access management continue to rise. Following that standard isn’t just good practice for Residex; it’s good practice for your organization and the residents you serve. This lays the foundation for seamless movement across every Residex product going forward.
When will this happen?
May 2026 - in a phased beta rollout - with select communities; if you want to launch right away, you can, just let us know by contacting us at support@residex.ai.
June 2026 - You'll be notified via Residex newsfeeds and in-app notifications
What will I need to do?
The migration is quick — most users complete it in under 5 minutes. You’ll follow a guided process directly inside Residex. See the step-by-step guide below.
What if I use Workforce (formerly app.kevala.care)?
Workforce is now fully part of the Residex platform. Your Workforce login is also moving to the unified Residex identity system at app.workforce.residex.ai.
What if I don’t have an email address on file?
No problem. During the migration steps, you’ll be prompted to enter an email address if one isn’t already associated with your staff profile. You’ll need a valid email to receive your password reset link and complete setup.
What can I do in advance to prepare?

Confirm each team member has a valid email address in their Residex profile for their Residex login.
