About Residex

The Residex support team is here to provide assistance by webinar, email, and phone.

Business hours (7 AM - 5 PM CST),
Outside of business hours, you have access to emergency support. For emergencies only, call us at 866.512.8369, option #2, and leave a message. For non-emergencies, email us at support@residex.ai and we will respond the next business day.
Note: Please have your Residex ID ready when you call or email. The Residex ID can be found in the upper right corner under your campus name.
All training/implementation needs are completed during normal business hours.
The most recent Residex updates can be found by navigating to Fax/Print > Dashboard > RESIDEX NEWSFEED. Here, you can read about recent changes and often find links to help you navigate those changes.

You can access Residex from any smartphone or tablet (iOS, Android, Windows), Chromebooks, and computers (Apple, Windows).

All sizes of smartphones & tablets are supported.

To use Residex, you must have high-speed internet access available (check your speed).
Your device's operating system (macOS, Windows, IOS, Android, ChromeOS) must be a current version of the OS, & kept up-to-date.
A modern web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari). NOTE: Each user should have only one instance of Residex open in a single web browser at any given time; you may open Residex in two different web browsers if you choose to have a second screen open.
Generic Android web browsers are not supported.
Amazon "Kindle Fire" tablets are not recommended; to use Residex on a Kindle Fire, either Firefox or Chrome must be installed. The default web browser on the Kindle Fire, Amazon's "Silk," is not supported.
Spell check is available in Residex from your web browser settings.

When restricting devices from accessing unapproved websites, the following URLs will need to be allowed for full use of Residex.

*residex.ai - the asterisk allows access to our other websites, such as vault.residex.ai and send.residex.ai.
amazonaws.com - necessary for accessing items stored here, such as documents, files/faxes, and photos.
dailymed.nlm.nih.gov - the website users are brought to for medication information by clicking the 'i' next to medication names.
